    The next step is Presentation. Our exclusive staging company will evaluate your home and suggest what should be repaired, painted, and staged to make your home look its best and get top dollar. With our own inventory of staging decor and other stand-by professionals, such as, cleaners, handymen, inspectors, etc, we will have everything sorted for you, so you can relax and let us do the work.

    Once your home shows to our standards, our teams professional photographers and videographers will take top notch HDR images, video, and 3D virtual tours to use for marketing.     REALTOR

    Megan has experience in sales, customer service, administration/reception, content writing, social media, promotional marketing, and public relations at various companies, including, TD Canada Trust, Movati Athletic, The Spa Day Retreat, The Ottawa Senators, ROI Relations, that have shaped her to be able to provide an unmatched and well-rounded full-service for her clients. She was even awarded as “League of Legends Champion” for ‘Exceptional Customer Satisfaction’ as an Easyline Specialist at TD Canada Trust and delivered 100% compliancy on procedures.

    Since Megan was very young she grew up with a love for performing everything and anything, especially dance and drama. She graduated from Canterbury High School of Arts for Drama with honours, was a contestant in the Miss Universe Canada Pageant in 2011 and then signed with a film/tv acting agency for a few years. Competitive and social she was very active in multiple activities, including, competitive soccer, horse back riding, swimming, diving, figure skating, competitive dance, track and field, Tae Kwan Do, and singing. These extracurriculars and the various camps she attended every summer gave her the confidence and networking know-how that is required in real estate.
